Main Criteria
The entrants should be able to demonstrate how teamwork has played a key role in their organisation. This could be by
way of completing a special project or order, or simply by strengthening the position of the company in some other way.
Assessment Criteria
Successful teams will be able to show the following key elements to successful teamwork:
• Good leadership and team spirit
• Well defined aims and objectives
• A high level of trust and openness
• A recognition of individual strengths and weaknesses
• The achievement of a specific goal, or objective
The most successful teams are those who are able to balance these factors in order to produce maximum commitment
from all members of the group, encouraging and valuing opinions and contributions and fostering a climate of pride and
ownership in the achievement.
