Main Criteria
Customer service is an essential part of any successful business. This award aims to reward and recognise a company,
individual, or team, for their outstanding achievement in providing exceptional customer service. Nominations for the Customer Service Award can be made by;
• Customers who feel they have received an exceptional level of customer service
OR
• An employer who feels an individual employee or team have delivered an exceptional level of customer service, which customers have valued.
Assessment Criteria
Award entries will be judged on the extent to which they can demonstrate the following:
The award recognises any company, employee or team, that has;
• Developed innovative practices, techniques, or systems that have resulted in significant improvements in customer
service.
• Performed exceptionally, or exceeded customer expectations, to deliver superior customer service.
