1. Any organisation located within Aylesbury and the Vale, with local management autonomy can enter.
2. Sponsors are not eligible to enter their own categories
3. Your organisation or individuals within your Company may enter for more than one category, but a separate form is
required for each application. Please continue on a separate sheet where necessary.
4. Only companies with 15 staff or less are eligible for the Small Business of the Year Award.
5. Supporting evidence must be relevant to the 12 months preceding 30th November 2007 and should reflect the
assessment criteria for each category.
6. Financial evidence should be based solely on the most recently published set of accounts.
7. All entrants must agree to take part in publicity.
8. Short-listed entries must be willing to accept a visit from or make themselves available for an interview with an
appointed member of the judging panel.
9. Entries in any format cannot be returned.
10. The winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the sponsors, and the judges’ decision is final. No
correspondence will be entered into with unsuccessful applicants.
